guess i'm going to ask a rather bumb question.
i've been trying to recalculate the flightplan of the voyager2 mission, and actually trying to find a way to make a new flight in a shorter time.

though when i was looking in the nasa educational site i could only find the dates it passed the planets.
yet it is my believe that they first went some smaller planets or the sun (it's been quitte some years ago when i had my lectures about it.)

does anyone here know what flightpath it took. and preverably a refference link.

thank you in advance.

thank you, i did allready find it.
though i was under the impression that the mission used eitehr mars or the sun as a by-pass.
though i found the calculations with:
  1. Propulsion Systems, chapter in Spacecraft Systems Engineering, 3rd edition, edited by Fortescue, Stark and Swinerd, ISBN 0-471-61951-5, John Wiley and Sons, 2003.
so apparently nasa was right ;)

thanks anyway.
