So, I bought an Incipio Capture case for my Surface Pro 3 tablet from Amazon. It comes in two parts, a plastic inner shell, and rubbery outer skin. The plastic shell includes cut outs for all the ports and buttons, the skin contains "doors" and its own buttons (think the button pad on a TV remote) to access what's beneath via the cutouts. The problem is the hole in the inner shell for the power button is about 1 millimeter off to where it's constantly putting pressure on the button and thus rendering the tablet unusable when in the case. I had Amazon send me a second one thinking maybe just the first was bad, but they're identical. So now I'm in a bit of a dilemma. I think I could use a rotary tool to sand down the side of the hole and it wouldn't put undue pressure on the button, but I don't know if the full case would work, and I'd be stuck with it. Or I could just return both and get my money back. Any opinions? Right now I'm sitting on the razor's edge between both options.
