These "Stands" must be placed next to the launch towers, in order to customize your launches.
They are vessels programmed in C++, and should be included in the scenario file and placed where you want, with the "skin" option.
I've created some scenarios just as an example, then it's up to you insert them into your own scenarios.
It's all in beta stage, I have yet to write a proper documentation.

Skin option:
A string "SKIN" must be added to the vessel in the scenario file, followed by the name of the folder containing the desired texture.

Example:

Stand-4:Stand
STATUS Landed Earth
POS -80.6754560 28.5223840
HEADING 70.56
AFCMODE 7
NAVFREQ 0 0
SKIN Jarvis
END

To insert a custom skin go to folder "Textures\Stand\Skins" and create a new folder (this folder's name must be put in your scenario).
Insert in this folder the modified texture but keep it with the original name (Stand.dds).
Open your scenario file and change the name of the "SKIN" with the newly created one and you're done.

That's a very cool idea! I can see the screenshot thread filling up with VSA custom-banner clad launch towers here in a few days.
 
Hello Dany,I just tried out your stand scenarios,with all the stands displayed,but the stands seem to be not showing up,and I am getting this error in the orbiter log.Thanks

Hm, the config file links you to a Stand.dll, but the only module in the package is Stage.dl foundl in the Multistage2-package

I changed the dll, try this.

Sorry, I did not understand and I did not notice the error. Is now correct.

I made some textures for all carriers FOI. Now is up to you to put them where and when you want, with "Scenario Editor". :thumbup:

I patched the package but the link is always the same. You must re-download to get the updated one.
