How about something like this for the computers, or just adding the screens as MFD's?
http://orbithangar.com/searchid.php?ID=3222

First of all: These are no computer screens, but TV screens. We could show Camera MFD in them, I would prefer a dedicated rendering (at much lower resolution as camera MFD).

Second: Who commits such textures to the repository gets tied to a SRB on the next shuttle launch. :@ That's a promise. You will get closer to a shuttle launch as the astronauts.

Excellent! Easy way of becoming an astronaut! I don't think you'll have the clearance though...

I'll register it as SRB suborbital experiment package, and request DARPA funding. Will test if its possible to launch small suborbital microgravity packages on SRBs cheaper as GAS payloads. Also it will assess if its possible to do the same on Ares-I and Ares-V launches. :P

BTW: Do we have a GAS container mesh and the structures to install them into the shuttle?

Am I supposed to be laughing or running away?:(

Once again: :threadjacked:

But, I switched to VC++2008, like Urwumpe said, and when it is trying to compile, the MLP fails:
Code:
mt.exe : general error c10100b1: Failed to load file ".\Release\Atlantis_MLP.dll". The system cannot find the file specified.

I've copied and pasted that file all over the place, and it still wont work...

I've fixed the bug with CRT MFD that occurs when the view is changed. There are still problems when Orbiter is closed and restarted.

BTW: Do we have a GAS container mesh and the structures to install them into the shuttle?

They are available in the STSpayloads from Gazza, He'll probably be releasing the payloads for the Ultra Shuttle, now that the Fleet is defunct.

No one knows anything about this error?

CRT problem, anyone else see this.

Yes, looks like my code does not really detect when to draw and when not - I added a code for displaying the standard header line, but it looks like it does not only display for ascent traj and undefined modes, but also for all others, who already draw the heading of their own.

I was looking at some launch photos of last week's launch of Atlantis and began thinking: how hard would it be to implement the RCS thruster Tyvek cover shedding during early first stage ascent?

Depends on how much effort you want to do for the effect... We could make each cover a short lived-vehicle using mayfly.dll. we would not even need to write special code for the covers them selves, a mesh and mayfly.dll would be enough. But creating the covers and fragments at the right spots is harder.

Yes. This was just a thought after seeing some launch photos.
