Orbiter Screenshot Thread

I've never seen that launcher before, your design?

It is actually a [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Titan_IV"]Titan IV-A[/ame], a real life launch vehicle that comes as part of [ame="http://www.orbithangar.com/searchid.php?ID=1031"]CVEL Titans v1.36[/ame].

I used the addon Aurora lunar base, modeled interiors and used them with UCGO. Now the Aurora Mars Base sent a message to you!

A future version will include a spaceplace. There was an early version of the MAKS which was envisioned to ride the -M. It's a little beyond my abilities right now, but I do have a few rudimentary meshes. And I intend to keep working on it.

Where do you get that addon from?
I cannot find it.

In the mean time, that spaceplane was roughly the mass and dimensions (obviously not the performance) of a DG.

There is a MAKS already on the 'hangar. [ame="http://www.orbithangar.com/searchid.php?ID=1809"]CCCPCOMBI[/ame]. The mesh looks great, but the texture for the bay doors look a bit odd. Still miles better than I can do, but it'll make a good reference since the available photos of the real thing are hard to come by. I've found a few, but not many. The http://www.buran.ru/ is a pretty good reference also (the Russian text side anyway). But documentation on the MAKS is scarce. Those folding wings look cool though.

But I was more inclined to start of with OKM1 and progress from there.

In the meantime, since I've got the day off...

And almost there...
