Could anyone please put down on this topic a list of compatable addons that will give me the most complete, and best looking planets and moons resolution levels. Along with asteroids and comets? I have the latest orbiter version installed:)

There are so many out there (Old and New) and i just dont want to screw something up by installing them in the wrong order. Its like a jigsaw puzzle, you go to add something on, and then it says you must have PREVIOUSLY installed such and such... lol

Anyone who has ever struggled with this (I appreciate you!) for tipping me off with your list:)

I use the outer planets addon available on avsim. Its for an older version of orbiter but I've encountered no problems with it on the newest build.
I havent tried any comet/asteroid addons with it.

I also use an Outer Planets addon but the one available directly at http://www.geocities.com/fastheinz39/Saturns_Moons.html is more current than the one at Avsim.

Also, the Asteroid 1.0 pack available at OrbitHangar is quite nice. That, too, is for an older version of Orbiter but has worked well for me.

It's the same for me. I have also added the Oort cloud planetoids for some real deep space fun. I can't stress enough how important it is to make a back up copy of your basic Sol .cfg before you begin adding planets to a system though. Having a B-5 "jumpgate" in Saturnian orbit also makes a very handy "shortcut" to the outter planets.
