Bug Issue with Shuttlefleet V4.5

I didn't see this elsewhere, so here goes. I cannot figure what I am doing wrong. Loaded shuttlefleet V4.5 over a clean install of orbiter 2010. It will not show the ship. When I check the logfile, or run Orbiter_ng, I get this message:

Soyuz Scenario:

I get this with any of David's new ship modules for 2010. Either the Shuttle.DLL or Soyuz.Dll.

Orbiter is installed in E:\Orbiter10 (dual boot) Totally stripped down XPSP2 (24 processes) on HP DV6 2473cl with Nvidia geforce G105M

Maybe something is missing? it seems a common error when I try to load any of the shuttlefleet scenarios...either the shuttle or the soyuz

Looks like you need to update your microsoft visual c++ redistributable package. You most likely need the 2010 one.

No dice. Installed the c++ updates, then reinstalled orbiter, same error. Uninstalled everything. Installed service pack 3 from CD image off of MS website, then reinstalled VIS C++ 2010. Still the same error. It does work in Windows 7, but running it in Win7 sucks. There must be something win7 has that xp_sp3 does not.
