NEAT is an add-on that contains a fictional island (Neat island), static ground objects and several controllable vessels (hot air balloons and airships) based on Lua scripts.
Required Orbiter version: Orbiter 2024 RC 2 (but it may be fully compatible with Orbiter 2024 RC 1 and some last Open Orbiter versions).
Installation: Unpack the add-on archive into main Orbiter directory. Add text lines from /Doc/NEAT/NEAT.txt into /Config/Base.cfg.
The size of the add-on archive: 1.95 GB.
The size of the unpacked archive: 4.64 GB.
