Military ones are, but I suppose that if you wanted a UN vehicle for chauffeuring dignitaries around it would probably look like this (although they'd probably go with the standard black-with-flags look)

I'd put UN logo beneath the lines on cargo bay doors or mix it via "multiple" option - for now they're look like the sticker. Anyway nice skin
