I thought it would have been a great idea to release on April 1st, but that wasn't a Tuesday, and it presumably wasn't ready then. Oh well...

That woulda been terrible (for me, at least); the release of Orbiter 2010 and DF2010 on the same day probably woulda made me explode

Anyway, this took me by great surprise. Today was one of the worst evenings in recent memory, and while this news hasn't completely relieved it, it sure as hell has made me feel better. Orbiter is the reason I love spaceflight, and it's the most worthwhile online community I've ever been involved with. I'm really looking forward to rediscovering Orbiter with this new version

Congrats on the release! I've been looking forward to this. Orbiter has been in the rotation for me for years, longest of any sim. I'm not sure exactly when I started with it, but the delta glider was a red blob that had no windows :)

It's Tuesday where it counts, mate. ;)

Thank You Martin !! It's a great sim to be associated with.

It was such a wonderful surprise to turn on my computer and see this! Thank you for dedicating your time to make this excellent sim, Martin!

Thank you so much for this. I jumped out of my chair when I read it was out.:10sign::10sign::10sign::10sign: :11sign: :RnR1::RnR1::RnR1: :bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug: :thankyou::thankyou::thankyou:

Wow! I thought I was missing something when I saw on the XR2 thread that this had gone gold. I hate that my windows box died a few months ago. I really need to get that up and running and get some flight time.

Congrats on the long-awaited release!

I'll pinch myself after I download it. And though you may be sick of hearing it (maybe not...:)), thank you Martin!

Three cheers!

Three cheers for Martin Schweiger!
Hip-hip Hoo-rah!

Thankyou! A wonderful, addictive, educational piece of software. And for free!

Love the new website design too.
