This is my second addon. Those configuration files are for surface base only. Read the readme.txt for instructions. If you followed correctly, you can now locate Dubai in the surface base. Coming soon: -Added more cities that will be released by continental order: 1. Middle East (mid September 2008) 2. Oceania (late September 2008) 3. South America (November 2008) 4. North America (January 2009) 5. Europe (late February 2009) 6. Africa (mid May 2008) 7. Asia (December 2009)

Use my surface tiles of London in your addon if you like as I won't have time to add buildings to it in the near future. You just need to copy the textures and entries to the surfacetilelist in the config file.
