I tried this Checklist, but the Shuttle Collapses when is Away from the Landing Site.

What do you mean with COLLAPSES?

Its no blimb, it can't collapse. Did you calculate the deorbit in the proper distance to the base? Have you looked at Shuttle FDO MFD and its deorbit processor?
 
But what fps i do the burn?

The difference between your orbital velocity in that location and the orbital velocity at the location of an orbit that passes right through the entry interface at -1.5° flight path angle. You can use a slide rule to calculate that.

Or use FDO MFD.

 
The result of the Periapsis is 32 km.

If you mean periapsis altitude, it is perfectly correct. The Shuttle really reenters THAT shallow.

If its periapsis radius, I wonder where you found the fuel for such a 7 km/s velocity change.
