General Question Shuttle Deluxe/Ultra

I recently installed the Shuttle Deluxe and the Ultra patch. It is a great ship and I love the realistic interface in the cockpit...but...No matter what I try I cannot get the bay doors closed for re-entry. I have tried with/without the Hydraulics/APU running...I have made sure everything is stowed (KU antenna and Radiators) I am undocked...Just cant get them closed
I also have Shuttle Fleet on a separate (Clean) Install and cant seem to get them closed either. What am I missing?
These ar the only steps listed in the Checklist (Ultra) for switch settings for closing.


3.4 Payload Bay Door Closing
Panel 13L:
Check PL BAY DOOR-STOP
PL BAY DOOR SYS (both)-ENABLE
PL BAY DOOR-CLOSE
Check PL BAY DOOR tb-barberpole
When PL BAY DOOR tb-CL:
PL BAY DOOR-STOP
PL BAY DOOR SYS (both)-DISABLE


Any advice on this would be much appreciated. I'm dieing to land this thing

Did you stow the arm?

Aye....that was the problem. I was stowing the arm but was forgetting to retract the arm into the bay (CNTRL-X).
