The King of the Blues has passed away. A few weeks ago, hospice was called in for problems he was having with his diabetes.

RIP BB. You will be missed.

That man did more than playing the Blues, he was the Blues. An impressive career that rewarded an exceptional talent.

A local rock bar, where I've been known to hang out and sometimes play at, for years had a painting of BB King on the wall behind the stage.
