Refueling the DGIV

Okay, a couple refueling questions:
I landed at Brighton Beach on pad-3, but how do i refuel the DGIV? I opened the fuel hatch, but i'm not getting and fuel pressure. Any Ideas?

If I dock at ISS, will I automatically Refuel, no matter what ship i have?

Flying the DGIV, I refueled using that procedure on Mars-Olympus. It worked fine.

Hi Kaito,
Look at my attached picture and follow these steps:
1. Open Fuel hatch and listen...it sounds like a fueltruck is arriving...
2. Wait untill EXT fuel pressure builds up...
3. Open the input valve...
4. Choose Main or RCS at the Fuel Selector...

and then your ship gets filled up...
I hope you have enough cash to pay the bill...
