I kind of prefer cosplay over anime... You can go up to the girls, say "Hi" and have your picture taken with them...

Then get a funny look from the wife when I suggest that she get a costume like that...

Anyway, Blazing Saddles is 100% not funny when edited for television :(

It's not that they're snobbish and don't think it's art- any style is good with good execution. The problem was that those students couldn't do anything else. :facepalm:

My sister used to write Harry Potter fanfiction. She wrote some alternate ending to one of the books where he went to Ikea and spent the whole time in the kid's area and watched Pocahontas because it was on the TV in there and he had a crush on her.

I'm not either, though my sister used to be a huge fan of it. Overall I don't generally care for fantasy.
