The only button that does anything when I click on it is the help button.

For some reason the O-F chatbox doesn't work for me.

O-F's ChatBox works just fine, but it isn't the ChatBox on your screen shot, just the IRC applet.

It doesn't connect for me with the IRC with icedtea 6 or 7 java-vm either, but there isn't any error message displayed. I will be able to check it on the Oracle Java SE JRE 6 or 7 tomorrow.
