I have encountered many such people on the local automotive (and specifically motorcyclists') forums where goody-two-shoes people have a lot of things to say about other drivers' actions.
They post videos of so called "inconsiderate driving" and do as you say posting pictures of "horrible parking" etc.
When I actually meet these people in real life, their own riding/driving skill turned out to be so horrid I exited the convoy the first opportunity I got.
Over the past 6 months I then decided to do the opposite and create my own mantra of motoring civility - Asian driving might be ultra aggressive but we all have the same goal of getting somewhere on time. So, give way to people, and people will respect your own right of way.
To my surprise the Gandhi approach worked brilliantly. People actually recognise me in morning & evening commutes and give me plenty of space in lane to cruise peacefully at my own pace. On the forums, I occasionally dabble at being a technical consultant, engine tuner and hold road traffic management seminars for new license holders. None of the "annoying persons" host such sharing sessions, because they are busy writing inflammatory posts against government policy and being racist against expatriates and immigrants.
This of course started quite a ruckus in the "idiots' gang" and I received quite a lot of death threats. But I persisted in further developing my driving skill, even made videos to demonstrate said skills and eventually popular opinion made sure that constructive discussion became the staple of aforesaid motoring forum.
I love dealing with naysayers and persons who openly declare they are road kings and wish to annihilate all "newbies" and "cagers" (car drivers) from the face of the road. Their inability to adapt to new developments makes them such easy targets for "kindness campaigns" intricately designed to eliminate
Such people are really annoying, they make a problem out of things, that shouldn't be a problem at all, but instead use such tiny details to inflate them for their own glory.
