Problem Problem with Payloads not appearing

So, i downloaded Falcon 9 and its mission package from 2015 to 2022, but, some missions dont have a Payload attatched to Falcon 9 or dont have the payload file at the archives of the game, one mission that i am having this trouble, is Telkom-4 or Merah Putih, it is in the map, but in a Unknow location and not attatched to F9.

Thanks. I ran your scn and get a CTD with this in the log:

I do not see any payloads in the cfg folder.
