Yes, but I think that is only supposed to be implemented for terrain specified to be at sea level height. On the other hand, it appears to be applied all over the mesh in this case.
If you ever continue work on Orbiter Galaxy Please implement a generator for decent-looking Orulex configs. If I see those "Spike Planets" one more time, I may go insane :chainsaw:
