Launching 10 Titan IIs because simultaneous launches look cool.

Looks like the beginning of a 60's thermo-nuclear war to me, I can imagine Protons flying in the opposite direction ! :hide:

Space Shuttle Galaxy undergoing flight trials after deploying a TDRS. Credit to Pipcard for the blank template.

Before you ask, the template is in my gallery, and was modified from the texture that came with the (deleted) Shuttle Fleet. It has a higher resolution than the default.

Just search something like "shuttle 2048 x 2048"

A rocket that lies at the edge of technology of the 60's: the Atlas-Agena.

Mars Orbit. The problem is...not enough propellant to get back. The only way for the crew to return would be to fly both Deltagliders back separately. The DG has some insane DV for something its size.

Well, I think there are more than 400 billion pictures like this one around here, but I can't help it. I am so happy: Today was the first time I managed to travel from Earth to Saturn successfully! This is also my first flight with the Deep Star.

In the next days, I'll be exploring this beautiful planet and its moons. :tiphat:

Or maybe use the DG to give a little extra push while docked, via remote thrust.:)

Woah! What the heck happened to the Start button?! Bit off topic, but what was the FPS like?

You still have a start menu, you can click in the lower left corner to get this:

win8-start-menu.png

(this one is from the developers preview, the current start menu is a little different since it's newer)

I can't say anything about the FPS because this is not my home system and I don't know what the FPS is when the system runs Windows 7 but on this system with Windows 8 it was between the 60 and 70 (with no add-ons installed).

This, along with a TDRS brigade, will make way for a series of manned missions out of the spaceport.
