Question IMFD 5.1

A stupid question from a new Orbiteer - when I go into the Course screen in IMFD 5.1 and select "Off-Plane" and "Set" it seems to be asking me to input a number. What is it asking for? I've read various manuals and tutorials but still can't seem to grasp it.

You can switch in IMFD through different values(maybe date of encounter and date of eject).
Normaly you can ajust them with + and -.
But when you want to set maybe your MJD of arrival to maybe a specific value. Maybe 56732.8763.
You use SET when you want a specific value for different things. This also could be names of vessels or reference planets.

Nothing. When you press a Set button it will trigger a user input procedure regardless whether the parameter is able to receive user input or not.
