I think we will never see it for the 2016 version, because it was deemed not stable enough. I guess devs like DanSteph and vinka hold back until Martin releases the first "official" patch or even a new version.

I know that Orbiter is just a hobby of Dr. Schweiger and he doesn't want any deadline (such as 2020 or 2026) to update his simulator. If you donate him as much as possible, he will update that in 2020 or 2021!
