One question, you are using the Attitude RCS MFD in the tutorial

Is that a standard Orbiter MFD ? I cannot find it in my installation

Sorry for the late reply. As far as I know. The Attitude RCS MFD should be in the default installation of Orbiter 2016 Zip Installer. I will verify. Here is the link I used:

This is essentially the original v1.10 tutorial but with the fixed original scenario "Space Shuttle to ISS.scn" that has no camera additions, and the recommended start scenario "Space Shuttle to ISS-0005-0010.scn" for use with the tutorial all located in the correct folders for extraction into the root Orbiter 2016 folder. The current extraction hierarchy is as follows:

/..<Orbiter2016 root folder>/  <------extract here
  /Scenarios/
  /010 From the Earth to the ISS v1.10/...
