No surprise, when millions of products have been produced with horse meat by French and German companies in 6 months, in which the fraud was documented.

By the magnitude, we can also exclude Romania as guilty: Romania exports only 6000 tons of horse meat per year. By that amount of horse meat that was used for producing the products, it more likely came from Italia. And since the companies in France at least documented that they bought horse meat....
