Bug Crew Problems Deltaglider -> Arrow

I figured out how to transfer the crew from the Deltaglider to the arrow. you open both airlocks once docked and perform eva and it transfers the crew to the Arrow. But one problem on a trip to the moon or further i think you would shutdown the deltaglider, but you cant do that with out the pilot and once you shut it down it says that the crew tranfered to the mothership but the capt dosent show up on the arrow crew list.

Turn on the seat-belt sign, turn off all life support, shut the DGIV down and transfer crew.

There's a separate checklist in the DGIV for shutting it down without automatically transferring the crew, I believe.

even with the entire ship and all systems shutdown you can still select and EVA the crew. i do it all the time.
