That video has a very high zoom level; the dip looks dramatic but it takes place over the course of several thousand feet and isn't an issue IRL.
Plus, the banking of a circular runway is an entirely different (and significantly more severe) issue than the gentle up and down over the course of a several-thousand-foot runway.
