The picture should show the dome from the top down. Otherwise, it just looks like a Prelude II painted black.

You can't really do secret bases in Orbiter. They all wind up with a big yellow box around them clearly marking their location.

Sorry to say, to me, it just looks like a Prelude II base painted full black, not my thing.
