This is the Atlas C Able. Extract to your main Orbiter directory. Press K to activate the antennas and solar panels.

Doesn't work for me, just like all your other Atlas add-ons.

I'd recommend you go to Vinka's website and download a copy of multistage 2 as that it what it seems your installation is looking for.

Sorry, forgot to mention:
I have multistage2 installed already

It loads up and flys just fine for me. It's the perfect mission for a lunar probe. It's ideal for practicing basic lunar trajectories.

Me too, only it's missing the entire booster stage.

So you are missing the booster stage? I have included the necessary meshes so it should be fine.

I thought it was a modified Atlas ..... I looked at the multistage file and the [BOOSTER_1] section is missing from it. That's why it doesn't show up I think.

Since it's based on the AtlasA, you should be able ( no pun intended :lol: ) to add this bit:

Code:
[BOOSTER_1]
N=1
MeshName="Multistage\AtlasA_booster"
Height=2
Diameter=3.00
EmptyMass=8754
FuelMass=5126
Thrust=14739
angle=0
eng_1=(1.613,0,-9.61)
eng_2=(-1.637,0,-9.61)
off=(0,0,0)
BurnTime=160
ENG_TEX=Exhaust2
ENG_PSTREAM1=exhaust
ENG_PSTREAM2=contrail

to the AtlasC.ini multistage file right before the [STAGE_1] section and it should show up.

I will include that in the next update. BTW, what do you think of Atlas C?

MJR, we have another problem. Someone e-mailed me this:

"Each time I try to run it, Orbiter crashes
with a message that it cannot find a file named D3Dim700.dll. Was
that file part of a prior package? In any case, installed alone, Atlas C
does not work on my configuration of Orbiter (6P1). "

I don't remember there being a .dll in there.

Thanks liber! I'm sure he will be pleased to hear this ;).
