OHM 2006 SQ372

This adds the Oort Cloud object 2006 SQ372 (with a custom-made level 7 texture) and a base to Orbiter.

2006 SQ372 is a Sedna-like object and has (as far as I know) the largest aphelion of any known object orbiting the sun (over 2000 AU).

IMPORTANT: The base uses loru's probe monument. --- To make this "planet" appear in Orbiter add "PlanetN = 2006 SQ372" to your Sol.cfg file and replace N with the number after whatever number the previous planet was.
