If it is an IDE device, check if it is running in a proper DMA mode. I've seen some machines that crash without it. Reverse logic applies too. Seen some machines that don't like it at all, so toggling this would be my first response.
More info on the bluescreen would be really helpful to pin...
Maybe this clarifies the terminology a little better:
A static VC does not offer interoperability, so you can not push buttons or open MFDs.
A fully functional does.
The HUD however is not part of the VC when it comes to the XR2 with regards to this definition. This is rather exceptional of...
If this does not happen with a fresh install, then something is borked in your current one. As always, the careful reinstallation of all addons with testing at each step will pin it down if not found otherwise.
If it still crashes with a fresh install, something outside orbiter is at fault.
Dancing is the only thing that keeps my captured brethren from loosing their minds completely.
Sometimes though, even heavy metal isn't enough...
Those poor souls
Baidu is more chinese than google could ever be. And from my experience, chinese users tend to prefer local products. This goes for content and software. So I wouldn't necessarily say that Baidus success has so much to do with piracy and policy as one might believe.
This is also in canon with...
Amsterdam is supposed to be bad? Where did you hear that?
Amsterdam is actually very much fun and has tons of educational and cultural sites to visit. It is amazing how gigantic parts of the city sink into red light once the sun goes down, a sight to be seen.

Joy2Key has been used successfully to bind joystick buttons to more complicated keypresses.
The 2006 DG had the lower panel. The DG manual has not been updated accordingly. So you are not missing anything.
Finally, when someone asks "But is there an ASCII client?" we can reply "There certainly is!", if we append the "sort of" is up to us :P
Thank you Artlav
This is so far beyond awesome that Artlav and OP deserve a thanks.
A true ASCII client would be very cool actually. And quite usefull on low spec systems.
You would have to be going really really fast for that. Since, even with black holes, conservation of momentum still applies. So you need to bring enough energy to accelerate everything you suck up.
Which will be rather hard given that afaik the only means of propelling a black hole is by...
