A quick fix might be to just scroll the panel in the right position with the up and down arrows on your keyboard.

I have always loved and used BurnTimeCalcMFD (BTC) 1.5
I greatly recommend it. It works with everything that assumes dV is being spent instantly.
Ships like the XR series have built in fuel transfer capabilities which can be easily adapted via the config file.
So don't expect them to behave like the stock DG until you checked out the options.

Thorton uses an alternative to zip called rar. It is more efficient in most cases and is actually more commonly used than zip. Many well known zip programs can handle rars too, like 7zip. The best rar handler comes from rarlabs.
