Would you please be so kind as to include information such as the orbiter.log (in [nopoarse]
brackets), what specific addons you are talking about, which scenarios you run and the location of your orbiter installation.
Thank you.
Apart from that, :welcome: to the forum.
From the top of my head:
Map 3D MFD v0.7a makes for some very nice visuals.
Wideawake International aka "If you see land, the reentry went good"
Thanks for all your efforts. :tiphat:
I completely agree that the chances of it ever being found are extremely close to zero. Yet how sad it would be if it were found and there was no message.
Why not build the museums around the probes? Instead of bringing them back to earth, we could bring some exhibits from earth to them.
That would bring a whole new meaning to "Trip to the museum"
That would be the most awesome spaceflight project ever. It would also spawn a new expression: "Facepalm Tsunami"
I would love to see it happen, given it is on the way anyway.
Actually, that chip was outdated in windows 98 times. I doubt it will be sufficient for google earth.
For the same money, you should easily get a card that is at least 3 magnitudes faster.
It is all about the right distance. the 32" allows to be further away which is a little easier on the eyes. And we all know how long those spaceflights get :P
Besides, I think he also wants to watch movies/TV on it.
P.S.: Why does everyone always just writes the TS in upper case and not the P?
The huuuuge problem with using TVs is that not all of them support a 1:1 pixel mapping which leads to text being especially worthless. Another side effect is that you often don't see the full image or have borders around the image.
Apart from people reporting in, your best bet would be to go to...
It has something to do with the way orbiter gets keystrokes and mostly with how your laptop keyboard is sending keycodes.
There have been some discussions on how to better the situation. If you are really interested, you should be able to find the appropriate threads on here. (Also way better...
Check if all fans are actually running and are free from dust etc.
This is definitely the easiest check you can make and it should be done on a regular basis anyway.
