STPSP: Talos is part seven of the
Star Trek Planetary Systems Project (STPSP). This is an attempt to accurately simulate the major planetary systems in the
Star Trek universe (with some conjecture, mostly in the form of some ideas of mine). A fan of the series almost since birth, I wanted to recreate the planetary systems so that it would be possible to create scenarios in them. The Talos system is home to five planets and four moons. The planetary arrangement is based on a chart seen in the book
The Star Trek Star Charts and in the
Original Series episode “The Cage”. (Interestingly, Spock states in the episode that the system contains eleven planets, although the chart suggests otherwise.) You will require the
TOS Enterprise and
Daedalus-class starship add-ons for the scenarios. As for this add-on, I promise that you won’t be disappointed. Enjoy!
This is perhaps my most extensive update so far, with a completely revamped readme file, among other changes too numerous to list here.
