2 Hospitals on Lockdown in St.Louis

Eh...

Initially, acute cyanide poisoning causes a red or ruddy complexion in the victim because the tissues are not able to use the oxygen in the blood. The effects of potassium and sodium cyanide are identical.

I'd rule out someone poisoning the waterhole.

May have been a small chemical spill and the two people were affected.

A source close to the situation said it appeared the affected people were searching inside a Dumpster when they came into contact with the chemical.
