Hi. Thanks for the new mesh, it's very good.

However, I noticed a small glitch: the outer pylon from the right wing is not being animated when the flaps is activated. The left wing is all right.

Hi.

Yes! well observed !!! ( I did not notice that)...

The correction is simple :

1) Edit the K-737-A51.ini file (in the \ Config \ Spacecraft folder)

2) goes to the end of the text and look for this :
[ANIM_COMP_21]
;Pod-Right-Outer
SEQ=5
GROUPS=27
ROT_PNT=(13.81,-4.82,-0.46)
ROT_AXIS=(1,0.0,0.0)
ANGLE=-5 <============= add this line

do the same for the 2 others files:
K-737-Br.ini and K-737- It.ini

That's all. This will now be working well....

The K737-A51.ini file had the angle line.

It was the K737-Br and -It ones with the glitch. Thanks! :)

BR-737

Thanks Guys
I set up the Area 51 model first and as the models are all the same I copied and pasted the lines to the other two must have missed the last line on the British Airways model, thanks Jaques have fixed it in seconds will now have to update the Zip files for anyone else who wants to down load them

Again Big Thanks :cheers:

Nice looking aircraft, well done. :hailprobe:

But it's very special that I'm able to fly this thing to orbit ... :lol:
Because when flying high enough, it goes faster and faster. Obviously not the intention.

Is it possible to make add-ons like this one in such a way that the engine power depends on atmospheric density, just like real jet engines?

I would really appreciate such realism.
Are there already such add-ons?

I am indeed talking about this Galaxy_C-5_V-1.1.zip.
While writing my above reaction I didn't even completely realise that it was not the airplane described here, but the picture is clearly different. It must be a mistake of hutchison66.

You know I was about to post don't be silly you've got your files mixed up.
then realised I had made a big mistake I made it when I updated the addon. must have been late at night and/or Drunk and never noticed till seen your post tonight fixing it right now sorry for the mistake....
D-oooooh...

Sorry but I don't know how to vary the engine power with altitude you'd need a proper module for that I think.
But real sorry for the mix up will try better in the future

Yep, downloaded it now and now I have both of your planes in Orbiter 2010-P1 (still have to try in 2016).

But I hear no engine sound? ...

I already found one. See this one:

Very realistic flight. Also see my post there.
