Orbiter Screenshot Thread

So after playing around with brightness and contrast settings, I think I've found a good compromise.

How's that look? I brightened the weathering and panels and heightened the contrast so that it doesn't darken the paint too much.

For me, it couldn't be better.

SAILOR JUPUTER!
You probably can't tell due to the picture being resized, but I was running D3D9 with 16xQ Anti-Aliasing, if you can do this, DO IT! you won't regret it!

SAILOR PLUTO!
Finally getting there, all that's left is Sailor Saturn, Sailor Chibi Moon and Tuxedo Mask, then you can finally get your hands on these skins.

Edit: I know the picture is tiny, but it was the only one I could find with an easily removable background. If anybody finds a better picture, send it my way! same goes for Sailor Neptune, that's the best I could find.

I like your PB skin

A pilot inside would add immersion, though :P

After all, I've choosen a 5-meters second stage for the Sigma rocket. The first stage + the SRB are powerful enough for that, and it reduces the insane acceleration of the SRBs. Payload to LEO : currently more than 60 tons ! The fairing is 22 meters long and 5 meters wide, it should allow to put some stuff inside it.

Wrong landing site there CDR! STS-1 landed at Edwards AFB, Calif. RWY23L. First KSC landing was STS-41B in 1984.

:facts:

. . . sorry, couldn't resist a gratuitous usage of the smilies this time. ;)

That's so true. I actually got carried away by the many reentry tries I have been doing lately. "STS-1 Final Pass" has been my practice scenario, and the fact that the real landing occurred at EDW really slipped my mind.

I'll probably be releasing a lot of these Ace Attorney skins, as they're quick and easy to do and I have almost of the sprites from the games.
Is anyone else around here an Ace Attorney fan?

In the process of updating all my skins with paneling and weathering, I started with the Aer Lingus skin.
I just uploaded the updated version to OHM.

Sort of. I've only played the Apollo Justice one, though. Getting back to station building, a fully loaded Ariane 6 sits on the pad:

Starting a new personal long duration program. I will fly these mission when I'm not flying to Skylab or OFSS3. I thought it would be fun to use O-F members as crew, and the crew for this (3 months) mission are Flight Commander PhantomCruiser and Flight Engineer SamuelEdwards.

Aah, Thorton's addons... :hail: Awesome pics garanteed.

No, this is not an ICBM, just a rocket with a completely failing guidance program... Now, is there a big difference for the people below ?
