Orbiter texture tree tools (OT3) - OT3 - Tools for Orbiter texture tree manipulation

This tool set includes the OT3 programs treeman and ele2png as well as the free Microsoft tool texconv. This is an unfinished project, so no documentation included. Refer to the built-in command-line help or read the project discussion thread here.
