    Question Apollo 17 PDI

This scenario is fairly old and has lots of systems that have been recently implemented that were not present at that time. You will notice RCS does not work... I will update that scenario so at least the RCS works and you can perform a lunar landing. Another thing you will notice is the ECS is...

    Support PIPA Bias check

This question was answered here: https://github.com/dseagrav/NASSP/issues/404 To re-state it here for others, yes that procedure should be the correct one, however the simulated IMU is "perfect" so it would be important not to actually load any new bias as this could have bad effects in any...

    NASSP 8 Mission Scenarios

In this thread I will post some scenarios for use with the Alpha/Beta versions of NASSP 8.0. These scenarios are what will be found in the "Project Apollo - NASSP/Apollo - Mission Scenarios" folder once we get closer to the release. The plan is to have a full set of scenarios like this at...

    Apollo 11 MCC questions

Yeah, those should be added to the checklists for sure. When you need to enter data into the DSKY, you always use one of V21,V22,V23,V24,V25. V21: Enter data in R1 V22: Enter data in R2 V23: Enter data in R3 V24: Enter data in R1&R2 V25: Enter data in R1&R2&R3

    Apollo 11 MCC questions

Ok so when you enter P30, you are presented with flashing noun 33, this is the desired TIG and to enter it you must do V25 and then enter the TIG in this format: For example if the TIG on the pad is 5:10:35 then you would do +00005E, +00010E, +03500E. hit PRO and then you have flashing noun...

    Apollo 11 MCC questions

What exactly do you mean by not being able do input data in P30? Can you explain exactly what you mean by this? Is it that when you do V37E30E nothing happens on the DSKY?

Problem Aspect ratio / panel issue

Hello, I have this same issue when using my UHD monitor with Orbiter. I think the problem is windows 10 scales applications when using True Full Screen mode and then it is almost impossible to revert the scaling. My solution was to only select window display modes in the Orbiter video options...

    NASSP local vertical

I believe you are at the part in the checklist MFD where it says "maneuver to local vertical (+X towards earth)" Local vertical is basically a line running from you spacecraft to the center of the body in question (earth), +X refers to the CSM's longitudinal axis, where it is pointing. You...

    NASSP tli problem

I suggest using NASSP 7.0 with Orbiter 2010 as NASSP 8.0 is designed for use with Orbiter 2016 and has seen many new features and modifications that are not compatible with Orbiter 2010. In NASSP 8.0, the Apollo 11 scenario has a fully configured LVDC++ (Launch Vehicle Digital Computer...

That would be great, Fred. We have found some touchdown points by trial and error for the Saturn V and LM, but they definitely need some fine tuning as the vehicles will sometimes tip over when changing views or during time acceleration. Your input we be greatly appreciated! You can join the...

    Lunar elevation maps: next generation

Looking forward for this one. Ive been doing the Apollo 11,12,13 lunar landings with NASSP, now that the vAGC is functional in the LEM. It would be awesome to land at Hadley, Descartes and Taurus-Littrow (Apollo 15-17) With the new maps!
