When you are being asked where to unpack it, simply select your orbiter directory. Keep directory structure intact of course and let it overwrite all files. This works for 99% of all addons for all versions of orbiter. Happy Orbiting

You probably need to select another rendering device. Usually the last on the list is the one to choose. Make sure it has T&L in it.
