Well, I haven't quote done that, but there's plenty of times that I've come in way too high, and the first thing I start thinking of is flying the space shuttle on Orbiter. Heck, all the shuttle landings that I've done have made for some really good "forced approach" practice. lol.

I've had this same problem with anim8or all the time, I corrected it by deselecting "Split Textured 3DS Points" in the Option/Debug menu. If you are using the same program, that should fix your problem, if it's a different program, there may be a similar option somewhere.

Did you do this with default Jupiter for Orbiter, or did you use the one from the Outer Planets addon? I've aerobraked with that one before (using Aerobrake MFD).
