hmmmmm, I thought I fixed that :P. I'll check into it.

    Project Low-Thrust Trajectory Planner

Actually, there's a way you can, just set your ejection burn to 0, and set up your scenario so you depart the planet/object's sphere of influence on that date. This works great with asteroids, but I do not recommend doing this with planets. I've thought about doing just that, and I may do it...

Oh god, Micheal Bay destroying 2001: A Space Odyssey. I hope he never sees this video, he might get the idea and actually do it! lol.

(136617) 1994 CC is a Near Earth Object that happens to be one of the few trinary asteroid systems known.  The two moons around 1994 CC were discovered in 2009 by a team using the Arecibo Oberservatory

    Project Low-Thrust Trajectory Planner

Actually, those are prograde, outward, and plane change RELATIVE to the orbit of the Earth. Stick these into TransX, and it will tell you what orbit you the different holding orbits to get into.

    Project Low-Thrust Trajectory Planner

When of the most notoriously difficult things to do in Orbiter is the navigation and flight of low-thrust spacecraft (ie, ion-thrusters) like Dawn, Hayabusa, or Deep Space 1. So to go along with my regular Trajectory Planner, I've made a program for designing trajectories for low-thrust...

    General Question Lunar Mare

No, this is for simulating the effect of oblation (the fact that planets are wider at their equators then their poles).

Flight Question Approaching a planet to get to a moon

Yes you can. It's not technically the best way, that would be by putting yourself into an elliptical orbit around Jupiter, and then sling-shotting around the 4 Galilean moons to bleed off deltaV. However for Orbiter, it presents a huge problem for planning and performing (regardless of the...

You know you're addicted to Orbiter when...

You think that will freak out people? Dang you should hear some of the things I want to play over the intercom when briefing the passengers: Me: Hello ladies and gentleman, this is your captor, ahhh, captain speaking. On our way to our destination of Calgary, we need to make a small...

You know you're addicted to Orbiter when...

...when flying the space shuttle causes you to consistently start you final approach too high in real life. Instructor: Ya, you're a little too high. Me: Sorry, forgot this wasn't the space shuttle. Instructor: Ahhhhh, what?

OHM MPC Database Asteroid Viewer and Exporter v2.0

Ok, go to "File" then to "Change Orbiter Folder" and make sure it says "C:\Orbiter" the default is to a different folder, that is likely it then. EDIT: I just realized that this WON'T fix the above problem, I was thinking of a different type of problem. ---------- Post added at 01:22 AM...
