The way I see it, a spacecraft is something that is designed for operating both in space, and in the atmosphere. A spaceship is something that only operates in space.

I've flown quite a lot. Going across the Atlantic, we took either 747-400s or A340-600s. Going to visit our relatives in the Southwest, we usually take 737s, if I remember correctly. I've also flown in a light plane once, can't remember what one it was though.

I just changed a setting in Windows 7, and it just said "Do you want to trust changes made by the following publisher (Microsoft)?" They can't even trust themselves apparently.
