Ummu is definitely on the list for the first DLL version of Shenzhou (currently, we're using spacecraft3). We may have to make do with a substitute mesh for the suit, possibly the Orlan mesh, if it's available. MT

Yes...similar story in Apollo 16. During launch, the other guys' heart rates went way up, but John's stayed at only ~70 bpm. When this was later revealed to the crew of Apollo 16, his comment was something self-effacing, like "I'm so old my heart doesn't go any faster." Cool as they come...

Seconded! Scenarios are great, but they ought to be easy to find, and distinguished from new vessels and such.

Could it be as simple as setting the vessel size (in meters) correctly?

This raises an interesting side-issue for me, that of the name of this launch vehicle. I've met people all over the USA who call it "Aries" (the Ram) and not "Ares" (the god of war). So how is one supposed to pronounce "Ares?" Is it: - Air - ease? - Air - ace? - Arr - ease? - Arr - ace? -...

I have to say spacecraft3. This, and multistage2, have carried me a long way and brought TONS of fun as junior developer. So take my vote in context of one who gets most of his fun in developing addons. (I love AMSO, orbiter sound, Ummu, Orion/Ares, and many others that are far more advanced...

This one's bugged me a long time. I've had to explain countless times to flatlanders that in orbit, one does not need their main engines on the whole time...this sort of thing in a movie does nothing to help the general public understand, actually makes it worse....ARRGH!

I really hope they don't try to land on Saturn. Don't they read their Arthur C. Clarke? He says they'll try to land on Europa. But then get eaten by the Europan space squid. Meanwhile, streb2001 tells me he's working on Shenzhou 7 add-on. For now, to keep on truckin' with the Taikonauts...
